Local eateries serving up some brilliant brunch

It goes without saying that local businesses have been doing it tough these last few months; so, starting here, we want to share some of our favourite places for a spot of brunch from across the City of Wanneroo.

Check individual websites for opening days and times.

Luna n Soul, Quinns Rocks

Just steps away from the sand, Luna n Soul is a bohemian sea-side cafe, encompassing the beauty of the WA coastal lifestyle. Dine inside to enjoy the panoramic ocean views, or outside on the veranda to experience the salty air and sunshine

80 Ocean Drive, Quinns Rocks

Union Kitchen, Mindarie

Perched on the water’s edge, Mindarie Marina’s Union Kitchen is a casual catch-up spot offering a mix of European and Mediterranean dishes. Take a seat in the ample alfresco area and take in the picturesque harbourside setting, while tucking into some of the delicious brunch options – which range from apple pie pancakes and chicken waffles to the classic eggs benny.

33 Ocean Falls Boulevard, Mindarie

Café Elixir, Wanneroo

Wanneroo’s Café Elixir has been serving up some seriously good spreads since it first opened its doors in 2009. The brekky wrap – complete with lip-smacking fried egg, crispy bacon, hollandaise sauce and spinach – is as close as it comes to iconic around these parts.

3 Rocca Way, Wanneroo

Haystack Café, Wangara

Balinese brunch? Don’t mind if we do. Haystack Café’s menu covers everything from classic staples, like the ‘big breakfast’ and pancake stacks, to signature Indonesian-inspired cuisine, like nasi goreng and Bali satay. Dogs are also welcome in Haystack’s family-friendly alfresco setting.
